Just wanted to say what a nice business to deal with. Our order was on back order and we promptly were notified and given a choice to wait, which we chose to do. After the alloted time, I emailed Lori to see if we were on track to receive our goods and she promptly phoned me to let me know our goods were still on back order. Because she knew how badly we wanted our cords, she had checked another website and found them for us and she appologized for not being able to fill our order. Lori, you and your company are good people and although we were not able to purchase from you, our business was pleasant and my account was refunded so quickly! Thank you! I know I have called you earlier to let you know how this cordless soldering iron works for me but I am so excited about these irons and how affective they are AND making my soldering tasks so much easier. I had to send you this email to let you know that I absolutely LOVE them!! Weller has definitely made a fantastic tool here and they are so easy to use and no electrical cords to get in your way, and the LED is perfect to light up the small work area and they get hot in just fifteen seconds!
Believe me, I graduated from biomedical training back in July of 2000 and I have used many different types of soldering tools but I have never used anything so efficient as this soldering tool and it is so neat and effective. It truly gets the job done. The soldering joints actually appear to be machine-done.
